The short version
I don't have a single job title that covers what I do, so I stopped looking for one. Instead I run a small portfolio of projects — some product, some service, some just for the house — and treat each as its own small business.
The thread running through all of them is the same: a hands-on, house-husband way of working. Fix what's broken, build what's missing, keep good records, and don't outsource what you can learn to do yourself.
